Norcoat's single source for paint and pretreatment chemistry is PPG. Powercron 590/534 from PPG is a seventh generation black cathodic epoxy, which is lead free, haps free, and has very low vocs.

This process is monitored by our 12-station video display, which allows for constant view of the entire system to ensure maximum productivity and uninterrupted control. This high quality E-Coat system allows Norcoat to offer what no other painting process can provide. We are able to maintain consistent film thickness, no faraday cage, greater salt spray hours and PPG's automotive certification. Daily chemical testing is also performed in this state-of-the-art laboratory.

We are constantly endeavoring to create the best coating in the industry, to give the customer the best service in a timely fashion, and to create good relationships in the community by being responsible with environmental compliance in all areas of our operation.

Our service policy is to generate quotes on the same day they are requested and to finish your product within 48 hours from the time of receipt. All customers are called as soon as their products are coated, and if the need arises, we do have trucking available for pickup and delivery. Customers receive a courtesy call every two weeks to ensure that our quality meets or exceeds their standards and to ensure that our service is above reproach.
